I am entering into this agreement willingly, in full possession of my senses, and without any external pressure or inducement from anyone.
I have been provided with a comprehensive reference book/document by Invesecurity Business Incubator, which clearly explains all the terms, conditions, procedures, and details related to the Saudi Arabia Investor License.
I have carefully read, understood, and acknowledged the details mentioned in the said reference material, and I fully agree with the requirements, responsibilities, and financial obligations described therein.
I hereby confirm that after understanding all details, I willingly agree to pay the mutually agreed amount of SAR to Invesecurity Business Incubator in accordance with this contract.
I am signing this agreement with my full knowledge, awareness, and consent, and I confirm that I have no objection or disagreement regarding the terms, conditions, or financial obligations stated herein.
I further declare that this agreement shall be legally binding, and I shall fully cooperate in compliance with all requirements of the Saudi Arabia Investment License process.

১. আমি সম্পূর্ণ স্বেচ্ছায়, সুস্থ মস্তিষ্কে ও পূর্ণ জ্ঞান-বুদ্ধি ব্যবহার করে এবং কারও কোনও প্রকার চাপ, প্ররোচনা বা বাহ্যিক প্রভাব ছাড়াই এই চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করছি।
২. জাহরানি কনসালটেন্সি আমাকে একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ রেফারেন্স বই/নথি সরবরাহ করেছে, যেখানে সৌদি আরব বিনিয়োগকারী লাইসেন্স সম্পর্কিত সকল শর্তাবলী, প্রক্রিয়া এবং বিস্তারিত স্পষ্টভাবে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে।
৩. আমি উক্ত রেফারেন্স নথিতে উল্লিখিত সমস্ত বিবরণ মনোযোগসহকারে পাঠ করেছি, বুঝেছি এবং স্বীকার করেছি। সেখানে বর্ণিত প্রতিটি শর্ত, দায়িত্ব ও আর্থিক বাধ্যবাধকতার সাথে আমি সম্পূর্ণ একমত।
৪. আমি এতদ্বারা নিশ্চিত করছি যে, সবকিছু যথাযথভাবে বোঝার পর, আমি স্বেচ্ছায় জাহরানি কনসালটেন্সিকে পারস্পরিক সম্মত SAR (সৌদি রিয়াল) প্রদান করতে সম্মত
হচ্ছি।
৫. আমি আমার পূর্ণ সচেতনতা, জ্ঞান ও সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে এই চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করছি। এখানে উল্লিখিত কোনও শর্ত বা আর্থিক বাধ্যবাধকতার বিষয়ে আমার কোনও আপত্তি বা দ্বিমত নেই।
৬. আমি আরও ঘোষণা করছি যে, এই চুক্তিটি আইনত বাধ্যতামূলক হবে এবং সৌদি আরব বিনিয়োগ লাইসেন্স প্রক্রিয়ার সকল শর্ত পূরণে আমি যথাযথ সহযোগিতা করব।
